What are you going to do?
As a Retail Manager with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics, you will guide our Retail and Product customers in becoming digital frontrunners, enhancing their supply chain efficiency and logistics operations. You will develop and implement strategies that optimize supply chain processes, improve delivery concepts, and ensure our customers remain competitive and relevant.
To achieve this, you will leverage our multi-disciplinary teams who specialize in technology, data & analytics, organizational, and digital transformations. You are familiar with the strategic aspects of transforming supply chain and logistics operations and can inspire others to think outside the box.
IG&H keeps you on your toes in a supportive environment: the range of customers and issues you encounter means you’ll continuously be acquiring new skills. As a (senior) manager, you’ll lead customer projects, have direct contact with our senior customers (mostly C-suite), and work with a high degree of independence and freedom. You are responsible for managing customer interactions and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining customer relationships.

What you bring:
- university Master’s degree with strong results;
- a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with several years in strategy consulting and/or end-to-end (digital) transformation projects;
- in-depth understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics; relevant industry network is desirable;
- strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and support senior executives to act on the given advice;
- strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking. Ability to develop leading-edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value;
- entrepreneurial spirit and an eagerness to make change happen.
