You are:
Someone who truly understands what this change is all about. As Director in our retail practice, you will guide our clients in becoming digital frontrunners with a radical customer-centric orientation and an analytics-enabled, seamless execution. In order to do this, you are able to apply your knowledge and expertise in digitalization & technology into these transformations. You are a diligent and involved manager who can deliver a project from A to Z while managing your stakeholders. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines, such as technology, change, analytics and strategy. As a director at IG&H, you are also responsible for business development as well as the development and personal growth of your team.
Vereisten
What you bring:
- an MSc Degree;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Retail / Consumer Goods industry, of which at least 4 years at a (strategy) consulting company;
- experience in digital transformation and strategy consulting;
- demonstrable broad exposure on board level (CEO / CIO / CTO);
