Delivery Lead

Role: 

As a Delivery Lead, you will shape the delivery plan together with our customers and oversee all aspects of delivery, including deliverables, planning, contract management, and financials. You will manage stakeholder relationships and engage with executive and C-level stakeholders to ensure the success of the program and create new opportunities. Leading and mentoring the delivery team to ensure their growth and success will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of our delivery lead capability and work with an international, multi-disciplinary team. Your focus will be on software design and delivery to ensure high-quality solutions.

Experience:

• Managed large projects or departments.
• At least 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary and complex project delivery.
• Preferably have expertise in the financial sector (insurance, pensions, banking).
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Ability to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder management at C-level/C-1 level.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience with SAFe or Scrum/Agile methodologies is a plus.
